High-Efficiency Coating Machine

The BG series high-efficiency sugar film coating machine is manufactured according to GMP requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.The equipment housing, coating roller (coating pot), hot air cabinet, spraying device and all parts that contact medicines are made of stainless steel.The whole technological process is controlled by micro computer programmable system or controlled manually. The control system is provided with application programs, various running status options, driving control, various display and other functions.Explosion-proof measures are available for organic solvents during the organic film coating process.During the closed operation, there is no dust and spattered liquids.Coating medium spraying, drying and exhausting can be carried out simultaneously for film coating. The whole coating procedure can be completed within 1-2 hours, and sugar coating only requires 4-5 hours.It is equipped with automatic feeding and discharging device to automatically feed the tablets into the roller or automatically discharge.
